Foley Document Management will host your documents online, or the client can host them on their specific servers. We are committed to working with the client to make this process smooth and stress-free.

Firstly, if Foley Document Management is converting a large quantity of files for you, we will make incremental uploads, instead of doing a large load at the end. This ensures that the client has immediate access to the documents that have already been converted.

Secondly, Foley Document Management has partnered with online document hosting companies, which means that our clients can take advantage of document hosting software and products. This guarantees that you will be able to view all of your documents in one secure organized location.

Thirdly, once the documents have been converted, Foley Document Management will store the original paper files for up to 90 days. The client will have access to them whenever they desire, and we are able to get the originals to you quickly. Foley Document Management has thousands of square feet of dry, secure storage space for this short term archiving. If the client wishes to have the paper documents returned to them after conversion, this option is also available. If clients do not want the documents to remain in paper form, Foley Document Management will safely have them destroyed.
